1) Delivery Lead Time and Window
Delivery lead time is generally 2-3 days upon order confirmation and payment. The delivery window is from 12noon-3am daily. As ice cream is a time and temperature sensitive, we will contact you prior to delivery to ensure that someone is home to receive.
2) Failed Delivery or Change in Address
For unsuccessful deliveries (i.e. buyer is not home; uncontactable; or wrong address given), you may opt to pick up your order from our main outlet:

3) Cancellation of Orders and Refunds
Cancellation is only allowed within 24 hours of order confirmation and a full refund will be given. No cancellations or refunds will be allowed after 24 hours of order confirmation.
4) Returns and Exchanges
Due to food safety and hygiene reasons, no return or exchange of item is allowed once your order has been dispatched.

FAQ

1) How long can I keep Heartbreak Melts ice creams for?
Each batch has a printed date and it will be good for 2 months as we do not use additional preservatives.
We recommend consuming within a week upon receiving as texture and flavour will deteriorate upon opening.
2) Are you halal-certified?
Heartbreak Melts is not Halal-certified, our products are all vegan and allium-free, and we use plant-based stabilisers only. None of our ice creams contain alcohol and we intend to keep it this way.
In conclusion: No pork no lard, no animals and no alcohol.
3) What if I have allergies?
All our products are prepared in a kitchen where nuts, gluten and other known allergens may be present. For more information on the allergens contained in our products, please refer to Heartbreak Melts main website for details.
4) How will my ice cream be packed?
Ice creams are packed with insulated foil bags for delivery, no dry ice, ice packs will be packed for larger orders.
